Jason Ying

Chief Executive Officer

CEO of INTIMITI. More than ten years experience in textile business and supply chain management. From 2015 to date, engaged in new product commercialisation, production management and application development.

Dr. Gray Li

Chief Technology Officer

CTO of INTIMITI. In 1994, PhD graduation from School of Chemistry, the University of Sydney, specialising in polymer.

More than 16 years of R&D experience in polymer  in a large Research Institute in Japan. Fully in charge of the R&D work of INTIMITI from 2015. Established a strong international team, incl. two PhDs and three Masters in Australia, a PhD in the UK, a PhD in Japan and a PhD in China.

The R&D team is innovation-driven in researches of polymer synthesis, modifications and recycling technologies, so as to maintain a world-leading position in these areas.

Eric Yip

Chief Operations Officer

Eric brings wealth of global business management experience, especially sales and marketing strategies, workforce development and international expansion.Eric is responsible for INTIMITI’s Corporate Operations headquarters in Sydney, Australia, and sales and marketing globally including Asia, NA and Europe.

Eric held a number of senior executive positions in global organisations prior to joining INTIMITI, his expertise in multinational corporate management and business collaboration would be a integral part for INTIMITI’s development.

Helen Weng

Global Sales Director

Global Sales Director of INTIMITI. More than 25 years of multinational company experience in sales and marketing of polyester specialty fibers. From mid 2021 to date, responsible for the global sales of CELYS™ fibre in textile applications.

Simon Pereira

Chief Marketing Officer

Simon brings a wealth of experience and a proven track record of driving business and  marketing strategies to achieve remarkable results.

With a deep understanding of market dynamics and consumer behavior, his career is marked by a history of transforming companies into industry leaders through data-driven insights and creative problem-solving.

Simon is committed to fostering brand growth and leading a forward-thinking marketing department at CELYS™.

Director of Strategic Partnerships

As Director of Strategic Partnerships Emma brings a wealth of experience in driving impactful alliances that significantly contribute to the growth of all parties.

With a passion for identifying organisational synergies, creating mutually beneficial partnerships, and leveraging strategic alliances to achieve business objectives.

Marco Marcou

Head of Corporate

Marco has over 30 years’ experience in leading and advising on, corporate strategy, mergers and acquisitions, governance, private equity raising, investments and IPO’s.

He has also held director positions for a number of listed and private companies in Australia and overseas as well as several senior management positions in the telecommunications, technology and the resources sectors.

Marco holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Business Administration..
